By using this website or conducting business with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or engaging in any transaction.

When purchasing from Brevard Timepieces, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-owned luxury timepiece. As such, signs of prior wear, including but not limited to scratches on the case, bracelet, lugs, or crystal, are to be expected. While we carefully inspect and describe each timepiece as accurately as possible, minor imperfections may be overlooked. If a significant issue arises, we will work with you to resolve it and ensure your satisfaction.

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery, as confirmed by the adult signature required through FedEx, to report any claims regarding discrepancies or issues with your timepiece. After this 24-hour inspection period, all sales are considered final.

Payments are accepted via Zelle and wire transfers only. All transactions are final, and no refunds or exchanges are offered once a sale is completed.

All shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight delivery to your nearest local FedEx Office for a secure, signature-required pickup. This shipping method is required by our insurance carrier and cannot be modified. Each shipment is fully insured for the purchase value of the timepiece. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and Brevard Timepieces does not ship via USPS under any circumstances. Each timepiece is carefully packaged with thorough video documentation to ensure the security and accuracy of every order.

If a timepiece requires servicing, it will be clearly noted in the product description. For unserviced watches, we may provide a timegrapher analysis to demonstrate the watch's performance in relation to COSC standards. Watches described as "naked sets" or without warranty cards will be clearly stated in the listing. No warranty is provided unless the original manufacturer’s warranty remains active at the time of sale.

We guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece sold. When available, authentication papers, warranty cards, or other supporting documents will accompany the watch. If such documentation is unavailable, this will be explicitly noted in the listing.

Returns are only accepted within the 24-hour inspection period after delivery. Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which must be sent via FedEx or UPS (USPS is not accepted). Returned items must be packed to meet or exceed the original packaging standards and include all accessories and documentation in the same condition as received.

Product images on our website are taken using high-resolution photography to provide detailed representations of each timepiece. Some imperfections visible in the photographs may not be noticeable to the naked eye due to the use of macro lenses.

Brevard Timepieces is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including issues with third-party carriers. No additional warranties are provided unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

All disputes arising from transactions or interactions with Brevard Timepieces will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
